The design was modelled after a 1962 invitation to Pentagon delegates (including the presswoman's grandfather) to dinner at Flashman's Hotel in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
Printed in-house on creamy paper stock with a 3-tonne, bijou Heidelberg printing press, details are as follows:
